Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods.

To cancel, simply contact us at info@reinalp.com and let us know you'd like to cancel your order. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For most items, we don't require you to send the product back to receive your refund. If your order costs less than €20, simply reach out to us — in most cases, we'll process your refund right away without asking for a return, since the cost and time of shipping small items back isn't worth it for either of us. We may occasionally ask a couple of quick questions or a photo, just to keep things fair, but a full return isn't the default requirement.

For higher-value items, we may ask you to send the product back to us before issuing your refund — in that case, we'll provide you with our return address and clear instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in that case, we'll cover the cost or arrange a solution with you directly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@reinalp.com as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the issue. We'll sort out a replacement, repair, or refund — you won't be asked to cover any costs in this case.
